关于对盱眙县实验小学进行督导的工作报告

一、督导任务

本次督查项目为对学校进行常规工作督导

二、督导过程

按照计划安排,我于11月14日对盱眙县实验小学进行常规工作督导。本次督导的重点是教育教学工作及规范办学行为工作本次邀请了督导室的领导一同参与。督导组听取了邬校长对学校工作情况的汇报,查阅了学校关于常规工作相关的台帐资料,并随机邀请了一些师生进行座谈,巡视了学校的专用教室。

三、督导过程

主要检查以下方面:

1.检查课表及轮值表,督促开齐开足课程

2.了解执行作息时间情况,上午:8:00~11:00,下午:1:404:40,不得擅自延长学生在校活动时间

3.检查德育工作,是否正常组织升旗仪式,进行常规习惯教育。

4.抓实教学常规,检查部分教案,看是否提前备好三课时,中层干部是否进行推门听课。

6.检查计划制定,重点督查了学校工作计划和教务工作计划。

7.抽查教、教师工作量是否符合文件要求。

8.检查学籍管理情况。是否做好控辍保学工作。

9.收费是否规范,是否及时进行收费公示

四、突出问题

1.课堂教学中个别教师对学生的整体关注不够,提问面不够广泛。学生回答问题齐答现象较多。

2.学校教师不足,上报教育局申请解决。

3.在体育运动技能训练上,要更上一层楼,从一年级起就有计划地进行训练,发挥每位同学的特长。

五、督导结论

实验小学平时教育教学工作井然有序,常规管理有条不紊。

六、督导建议

进一步严格执行县政府、教育局的相关规定,规范办学,学校严格执行财务法规,进一步严格实行教育收费公示制度,严格执行国家课程标准,开齐开足课程。
